Salon Suisse 2018

The folded programme card for Salon Suisse 2018 — En marge de l’architecture: Encounters beyond the discipline, a collateral event of the 16th International Architecture Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, was developed in collaboration with Atelier Pol. The programme explored architecture through encounters with artistic and scientific disciplines, using the metaphor of an expedition beyond familiar boundaries. Unfolded, the card becomes a map of Venice in which the individual events appear as islands connected by routes, abstract vessels and geometric symbols. A restrained typographic system and subtle colour coding organise the extensive programme information, allowing the compact card to expand into a poster-like visual narrative.
